Advanced Trimix Instructor

TDI Trimix Instructor Course provides the training required to competently and safely teach breathing gases containing helium for dives that require staged decompression to a maximum depth of one hundred (100) msw. You must:

• Be a minimum age of twenty one (21).
• Show proof of minimum certification as a TDI Advanced Trimix Diver.
• Show proof of minimum certification as a TDI Extended Range Instructor (or equivalent).
• Show proof of minimum two hundred fifty (250) logged dives.
• Show proof of minimum of (30) logged Trimix dives.
• Show proof of 20 dives deeper than Fifty five (55) meters.
• Certify at least 10 Extended Range Divers to depths 50 meters.
• Assist with at least 2 complete Advanced TRIMIX classes taught by a TDI TRIMIX Instructor and provide a letter of recommendation from the assisted instructor(s).
