RAS ABU GALUM

A UNIQUE DAHAB ADVENTURE

RAS ABU GALUM

Discover one of Dahab’s most unique dive adventures.

Just north of Dahab, Ras Abu Galum is a protected area famous for its untouched beauty and vibrant marine life — a true escape into nature.

We begin early with a short drive to the legendary Blue Hole. From there, you can choose your adventure: travel along the breathtaking coastline by speed boat, or take the traditional route by camel for a truly authentic Sinai experience.

With turquoise waters on one side and dramatic desert mountains on the other, the journey itself is unforgettable.

Once we arrive at the small Bedouin village by the sea, there’s time to relax with tea before enjoying at least two stunning dives (sometimes even three!). After diving, we share a freshly prepared local lunch and soak up the peaceful atmosphere before heading back — happy, relaxed, and full of stories.

What’s included:

  • Nitrox to extend your bottom time

  • Freshly prepared lunch

  • Refreshments during your surface intervals

Who can join:

  • Open to all certified diver levels

GABR EL BINT BY BOAT

South of Dahab in the Nabq protected area we find the beautiful dive sites around Gabr el Bint, a name which means ‘grave of a girl’, chosen from an old Romeo and Juliet type story. As these dive sites are almost inaccessible by car we reach the area by boat.

SS THISTLEGORM

SS THISTLEGORM
